This is not a traditional engineering role.

You won't be writing production code. You'll be evaluating something harder: whether the model thinks like a great engineer. You'll own end-to-end coding data projects for top AI labs, designing tasks, RL environments, and evaluation schemes that reflect real-world software engineering.

Compliance teams inside banks and fintechs are buried in manual investigations. We've spent the past year proving AI can fix that. $6.2M raised, scaling from 8 → 15 teammates. You'd be joining right before liftoff.
